Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched on business days. We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL on orders over 1,000 € to eligible destinations. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following destinations: Mexico, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, the Canary Islands, Afghanistan, North Korea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mali, Niger and Somalia.

Customs and Import Taxes

All import duties, customs fees, import taxes and clearance charges are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Uncollected Shipments

Not collecting a shipment does not count as cancelling or returning an order.

If an order is returned to us because the customer failed to collect it, refused delivery without a valid reason or provided incorrect delivery details, the customer is responsible for the reasonable additional costs incurred, where permitted by law.

If the customer still wishes to receive the item, they must pay for the new shipment. Luxury Helsinki is not required to provide a second delivery free of charge when the failed delivery was caused by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi.

We will investigate the matter with the shipping provider.

Delivery Times

Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or import restrictions.

Showroom Collection

You can also choose our Showroom Collection service and collect your purchase from our Helsinki showroom at Rikhardinkatu 2, 00130 Helsinki.

We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
